Additional Storage

Additional storage underneath the sink in your private studio. Each suite has a vanity unit, and this can be used to neatly store cosmetics/makeup behind the mirror. Power supply to the immediate left for hairdryers and straighteners.

Your Private Studio

Your fully furnished studio offers flexible and functional space with ample storage. The studio is illuminated by a large window which floods the space with natural light during the day.

Each studio has been custom designed and incorporates space optimising multifunctional furniture to provide comfortable areas for cooking, living, dining and sleeping. In addition, each studio is fitted with a private ensuite and shower room and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Smart TV In Each Private Studio

Each private studio comes with a 32 inch, Smart TV. Comes with local and international channels.

Work From Home Setup

Each private studio comes with a complete work from home setup, which includes a table, chair and desk lamp. To the right of the WFH desk, you have a wardrobe to hang dresses or clothes, a mini safe, and a full-length mirror.

Getting a good night’s sleep is important to feel your best. Each of our private studios is fitted with a state-of-the-art bed frame and orthopaedic mattress to help you drift off peacefully and snooze in comfort.

What is Niche Living?

Niche Living is a way of living that brings people together. You get your own lovely private studio and access to incredible shared spaces like a gym, co-working space and roof terraces. Plus, we take care of the boring stuff and give you everything included in our monthly fees, so you can focus on enjoying yourself, making new friends and settling into your new home. Niche Living offers so much more than a traditional apartment rental or house share.

How long can I stay?

We offer stays from 2 weeks, to as long as you need. However, this is subject to availability. If you wish to stay beyond your departure date, it’s best to let us know as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.

Will my studio be furnished?

Yes. Unlike a traditional rental, everything from bed linen and a WFH desk, to kitchen equipment and towels, is provided in your private studio. Just bring your clothes, your personal items and the little touches that help you feel at home.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, we don’t have the facilities to cater for pets. However, we do allow permit registered guide dogs.

Can children stay at Niche Living?

Niche Living is designed specifically for adults.

What's included in my monthly fees?

Unlike rent, your all-inclusive monthly fees include super-fast Wi-Fi (1GB), electricity, gas, and refuse collection. Your all-inclusive fees also include a fortnightly studio service. You also have access to our gym, as well as access to our cinema, games room, living rooms and co-working spaces.
